| NIKON PLAZA, SHINJUKU Nikon Photo Salon was first opened in 1968 in Ginza commemorating the 50th anniversary of the company. The opening exhibiton was Kimura Ihei. Since then the salon has contributed to the spread of photographic culture by offering a free exhibition space to aspiring artists. In 1971, Shinjuku Nikon Salon was opened and in Osaka in 1974. . In summer 2017, Nikon Photo Salon was renewed and was renamed Nikon Plaza.
